Q. How do I become a Corp Night Out, Inc. ("CNO") member participant?
A. Employees are eligible to participate in CNO events through employer membership or CNO may be included in your company Employee Assistance Program.

Q. Do I need to be a CNO member to participate in the events?
A. No, you don’t need to be a member to participate. CNO member participants may have the option to invite guests to any of the pre-coordinated events listed. 
 

Q. Why do new members need to fill out a Member Questionnaire?

A. We ask that all member participants fill out a Member Questionnaire on their initial visit to the website. The Member Questionnaire is used to create an email login and password. It also helps us generate diversity in our events and gives CNO an idea of the types of activities, price ranges and time frames that are desirable for our member participants.

Q. Does CNO sell my personal information to third party vendors?

A. No. CNO does not sell or distribute any personal information received on this website to third party individuals or organizations. All information remains confidential.

Q. How much does the service cost for employees?
A. U
nless a “Business Incentive Program” has been negotiated with the employer, member participants assume discounted rates for tickets, transportation and equipment fees
for all pre-coordinated events. However, if a “Business Incentive Program” has been negotiated an employer may assume all or a percentage of the costs for employees,  guests or group venue.

Q. What is a Business Incentive Program?

A. Employers' have the option to subsidize all or a percentage of an employee, guest or entire group venue.

Q. What are pre-coordinated events?

A. Pre-coordinated events are monthly events that CNO creates for its members. Pre-coordinated events are independent of an employer private function and are available to all CNO members and guests.

Q. How do I pay for events that I R.S.V.P. for?

A. Corp Night Out, Inc. offers 3 ways to purchase tickets and reserve seating for an event. 1. By phone during office hours

2. Online via Amex, MasterCard, Visa or Discover

3. By mail in form via check or money order 10 days prior to RSVP date.

 

All events must be paid for in advance. Please see Terms and Conditions  for refund and cancellation policies.

 

Q. How long does it take to receive my tickets once they are purchased?

If your company has arranged an onsite pickup and drop off area tickets will be available within 7 days after RSVP date, otherwise purchased tickets will be available for pick up at each venue or designated meeting point up to ½ hour before the venue begins unless other arrangements are posted on the CNO website.

Q. What if I’m not in the office when event tickets are being dropped off?

A. If purchased event tickets have not been picked up from the drop off area within the designated timeframe they will be returned to CNO. Purchased tickets will then be available for pick up at each venue or designated meeting point up to ½ hour before the venue begins unless other arrangements are posted on the website.

Q. What if my tickets are lost or stolen after I received them?
A. CNO or third party vendors are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets after they have been issued.

 

Q. Will CNO continue to hold an event during inclement weather?

A. In the event of inclement weather CNO reserves the right to cancel an event based on the vendors’ inclement weather policy. Please see Terms and Conditions for more details.

Q. What if I want to suggest something for CNO to do?

A. Member participants can utilize the “Suggestion Box” link, visible after logging into the CNO website. CNO encourages suggestions.

Q. Does CNO coordinate social events, like weddings and birthday parties?
