CNO Service Packages
Events Package
·
Unlimited access to the Corp Night
Out
“View Events” page, which contains monthly customized group
events that are available to all participants of
Corp Night
Out.
·
Offers employee participants who are interested in the
listed events the opportunity to connect with employees of other businesses who
might not have had enough participants to form their own private
function.
· This package is available for a monthly
coordination fee and does not include private
functions.
Combination
Package
· Includes all of the features
of the “Event” package plus up to 12
CNO
coordinated private functions for your business per year.
·
Private functions within this package are exclusive to the
businesses they are affiliated with and are not visible by other Corp Night Out members. These events can be viewed via the “Your Company –
Participants Only”
section on the lower half of the
“View Events”
page.
· This package is available for a
monthly coordination fee + a per function service
fee.
For
“Event” and “Combination” package events, member participants
assume the cost of tickets, transportation and equipment fees unless a
Business Incentive Program has been
negotiated.
Private
Function Package
Private
Functions include but are not limited to the activities listed on our
member questionnaire.
Typical private functions are holiday parties, summer outings, morale
boosters, company anniversaries etc.

Private
Functions will be coordinated via Corp Night Out. Businesses may provide a contact person
available to a Corp Night
Out
staff member to finalize any budget adjustments or “added touch”
requirements needed for a specific function.

For
businesses who participate in any of the “Event” or “Combination”
packages, additional Private Functions can be added at a later date
for a flat service fee per function.
Prices for
functions are for a flat service plus cost
basis.
All
additional costs including but not limited to food, transportation,
location fees, equipment rentals, third party services, supplies, etc. for
creating Private Functions will be billed to the registered business
requesting the private function.
All private functions requested must adhere to standard
codes of ethics.
Package fees are based on a yearly membership and
are subject to rate changes after the yearly membership anniversary date
has concluded.
Because Corp Night Out
offers
its participants competitive group rates; minimum business requirements
are 30 or more employees.

Payments
Business Incentive
Program
Businesses have the option to subsidize a
portion or all of their employee, spouse or guest events.
This request should be selected during the initial business
membership process but may be requested for a particular event no later
than 7 days prior to the posted events RSVP date.
All balances for business incentives must be received
within 7 days after the RSVP date has concluded and a complete member head
count has been established.
Fees
At the
time of business membership, Corp
Night Out will request a minimum payment equal to 2
months of the monthly coordination fee listed for requested packages in
advance, of which 1 month will be used as your last monthly coordination
fee payment if you choose to terminate the service.
For businesses requesting private functions,
50% of the total Corp Night
Out
private function service fee must be
paid at the time of membership
. The balance of each private function service fee will
be due 30 days before the beginning of each private function held within
the event package cycle.
Third party vendor deposits will
be requested at the time of booking. Balances of third party
vendor charges for, but not limited to food, transportation, location
fees, equipment rentals, third party services, supplies, etc., requested
for the private functions must be paid in full either 30 days prior to the
event date or subject to the terms issued by the third party vendor (which
ever is earliest).
Cancellation Policy
If membership or a Private Function is
cancelled more than 60 days prior to the scheduled event, Corp
Night Out will grant a refund of prepayments less:
· a 10% cancellation fee on any
monthly coordination fees
· a 25% cancellation fee on
private function fees
· any cancellation fees imposed
by outside vendors
· any
booking, reservation, or ticket fees used to reserve space designated for
pre-coordinated events
If membership or a Private Function is
cancelled
between 31-60 days prior to the scheduled event, Corp Night
Out will grant a refund of prepayments less:
· a 25% cancellation fee on any
monthly coordination fees
· a 35% cancellation fee on
private function fees
· any cancellation fees imposed
by outside vendors
· any
booking, reservation, or ticket fees used to reserve space designated for
pre-coordinated events
There will be NO REFUNDS
granted for any cancellation of services within 30 days of a Private
Function date.
